The Citrix Receiver for Mac team is working on product updates to support the upcoming release of macOS Sierra (macOS 10.12) in Fall 2016. Citrix is committed to provide zero-day compatibility for Receiver for Mac when Sierra is generally available.
Important update about Citrix Receiver Beginning August 2018, Citrix Receiver will be replaced by Citrix Workspace app. While you can still download older versions of Citrix Receiver, new features and enhancements will be released for Citrix Workspace app. Citrix Workspace app is a new client from Citrix that works similar to Citrix Receiver and is fully backward-compatible with your organization’s Citrix infrastructure.

Way 2 – Remove Citrix Receiver Manually The manual way of complete apps removal will require much more time. Follow these steps: 1. Quit Citrix Receive from the tool bar. Go to the Applications folder and delete Citrix Receiver from there. The system will require your Admin password.
Then you need to find and remove the app’s service files, caches, logs and other its support items. Almost all of them are located in the. Press the ⌘+⇧+G key shortcut in Finder and type the locations you need to check for service files.
